We take over on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due in person no later than 30 days prior to the event. Payments made on/after 30 days prior are non-refundable. One complimentary date change within 12 months with ≥120 days’ notice, subject to availability and any price differences. Cancellations & Reschedules. You may request one complimentary date change within 12 months with at least 120 days’ written notice (email to [your email]), subject to availability and any price differences. Inside 120 days, rescheduling is treated as a cancellation, and a new booking is required. The 30% retainer is non-refundable. All payments made on or after 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable. Changes are not confirmed until we send written confirmation. Additional date changes may incur a $150 admin fee. Force majeure: fees paid may be applied once to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
