Photo Booth Rental Policies
To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we've outlined a few important rental policies below. If you have any questions before booking, we're always happy to help.
Booking & Reservations
Your event date is reserved once we've received:

A signed Rental Agreement

Your $100 non-refundable retainer
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Until both items are received, your requested date will remain available to other clients.
Payments
Your $100 non-refundable retainer is applied toward your total rental balance.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
If your event is booked less than 30 days before the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If final payment is not received by the due date, Songbirds N Soulmates Wedding & Event Planning LLC reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In that event, the $100 non-refundable retainer will be forfeited.

Our required $75 Event Service Fee includes:

Applicable New Jersey sales tax will be added to taxable rentals and services.
Please ensure the setup area is accessible and ready when we arrive so we can have everything set up before your guests begin enjoying the Songbirds Photo Booth Experience.
